Wiring: Whether the wiring of the input and feedback terminals is loose, the contact is bad, and the wiring sequence is wrong;Input voltage: test AC input voltage is normal;Running capacitor: power failure test fan operating capacitor capacity is normal; The fan motors is stuck: whether the bearing is smooth by hand;Winding resistance: the resistance between the three wires and two, usually a few hundred ohms, otherwise open circuit, to determine the fan coil burned.

Separate power-on test: The above method can not determine whether the fan is faulty. It can be connected to the fan capacitor without the load or the controller. The brown and black wires (the reverse electrical box is between white and black lines). Pass the AC power supply for testing.

The fault of the DC air conditioner fan motor can be divided into internal causes and external causes. The principle of internal and external causes is maintained during maintenance. Internal causes include coil breaks, short circuits, and damage to the built-in drive board (such as filter aluminum electrolytic capacitors in the built-in drive board). External causes refer to damage to the main control board and voltage protection, such as incorrect output signal command or faulty speed signal feedback circuit, and self-protection.

DC motor fault test method:

1.Direct measurement method: Use a multimeter to measure the voltage value at the connection between the main control board and the motor lead terminal, and pay attention to the DC file. Or test the red, white, yellow, blue to black (ground) resistance, if only a few K or a smaller resistance can determine the motor damage, the normal value is tens of K or hundreds of K.

2.Operation test method: DC power supply is used, and direct current is applied to the 5 leads of the motor according to the values ??listed above. Be careful not to connect the wrong line color. Observe if the motor is running normally. Turn on as follows: 1VSP is adjusted to 0V; 2VCC power is connected to the motor; 3VDC power is input to the motor; 4 is adjusted to input VSP voltage, so that the speed rises to the desired value.
